Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen. I am an American-born Vietnamese entrepreneur living in Orange County in California. My wonderful husband JP and the happy-go lucky father Henry. A majority of my followers know me through my Instagram @annephung. I document my life - highs and lows, as well as all in between. In 1990, my family moved to America. At the age of 1 and 1/4 I was able to join my parents. To give them a chance at a more prospering future, I aimed on achieving success and put in the effort to achieve it. My goals were set as follows: I'd attend university, find an employment in a company, marry and buy a home. My plan for success was to go to college, graduate and get a corporate job. After that, I'd marry to buy a home and start a family. Life had other ideas. 2013 was the year I realized it difficult to accept my job. While the pay and position was good however, I wasn't sure if it fulfilled me. Instead I felt that I was wasting my time. The year 2013 was when I discovered my love was working out. I also enjoyed getting out and about to aid other people. On the path towards this new direction in life, I found private training. My business was founded in the year 2014. My company is celebrating its seventh birthday this year. There are few Asian females working in the field. My goal is to be a change maker in the industry to provide the best coaching and guidance to help others to become a healthier and happier person by establishing a sustainable lifestyle cater to their individual goals and needs. In addition, I strive to motivate others to follow the goals they have set for themselves and achieve anything they want to achieve. My career took off as I was experiencing the most successful times in my entire life. However, my mother died just as my career took off. The eight years she fought struggle with Scleroderma. She is now resting in Heaven and I'll remain close to her in my heart. The universe has the ability to provide us with the exact thing we require even if we are unable to see the lesson at the moment. My loss has impacted my life in many different ways. I believe her passing gave me the opportunity to begin an entirely new chapter. When she passed away in the morning of Tet/Lunar New Year Day it was time for her to begin her new life, and also for me to have my second chance of living the most happy, joyful and fulfilling life. In my 30's, it is the first moment that I feel as if I'm living my life. As I share the story of my life, it is with the intention that people are able to relate to my thoughts and feelings. To know that they're not the only ones. It is also a sign of genuine love. Additionally, therapy is necessary and not unusual. Also, wellness is your greatest wealth. Since death is the only thing that we can have, I hope you enjoy your life and die without regrets.
